Powered entirely by the sun, this spacious ski-chalet-style cabin blends sustainable living with modern comfort. A large, fully equipped kitchen with seating for up to ten guests makes it ideal for shared meals and cozy gatherings. After a day exploring the renowned Larch Hills Nordic ski and cross-country trail system—or hiking and snowshoeing on Tin Poppy’s private trails—unwind by the fire, share a pot of beef bourguignon with a hearty red wine, or slip into your private wood-fired sauna for true après-ski relaxation.

Please note: Lavender Cabin is priced based on double occupancy. Additional guests are welcome at a rate of $25 per person, per night. This cabin was thoughtfully designed for two people, and we strive to keep it affordable for couples who return year after year. We kindly ask that you respect the extra-guest fee so we can continue to offer this retreat at a fair price for everyone.

This spacious, off-grid cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is well-suited for families, friend groups, ski lovers, and hiking crews looking for space, comfort, and nature right outside the door.

Inside, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with seating for ten or more. Step outside and explore over fourteen kilometers of private trails right from the doorstep, snowshoeing, hiking, or simply soaking in the quiet. Just ten minutes away, the Larch Hills Nordic Trails offer world-class cross-country skiing through pristine winter forests.

And after a day on the trails, there’s nothing better than warming up in your own private, wood-fired sauna – a little luxury in the middle of the woods.
