GROUP BOOKINGS
If you’re looking to book as a group please email us directly with details about your visit and we’ll get back to you.
EXTRA GUESTS
There is an additional $25 per adult and $15 per child (under 12 years of age) per night after 2 guests, children under two are free.
CLEANING FEE
$50 – automatically applied at booking.
PETS
There is a $25 per pet fee.
CAMPFIRE WOOD
Campfire wood can be purchased at booking $20.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
BOOKING POLICY
There is a 50% reservation deposit due upon booking, and the balance is due upon arrival.
FOREST SPA
There is a $30 sauna fee. During fire bans our saunas will be unavailable.
PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
We have a strict no unauthorized parties or events policy at our retreat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thirty(30) days of notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $50 CD booking fee.
Cancellations that are made 30 days of arrival, will receive no refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at Tin Poppy Retreat, the high power draw from EV would deplete our off-grid battery system.
