Tin Poppy Retreat is a rural, forested, and natural property. By booking a stay or event at Tin Poppy Retreat and by entering the property, you acknowledge and agree that you and all members of your party assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being while on site.

The property includes uneven terrain, gravel roads, forest trails, natural landscaping, decks, stairs, wood surfaces, changing weather conditions, snow and ice in winter months, wildlife, and other inherent outdoor risks.

Use of all amenities — including but not limited to hiking trails, cabins, decks, outdoor areas, fire features, and the wood-fired sauna — is entirely at your own risk.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand Tin Poppy Retreat is a natural, rural environment.

• You accept all risks associated with uneven ground, slips, trips, falls, weather conditions, wildlife, and outdoor hazards.

• You are responsible for supervising children at all times.

• You are responsible for the conduct and safety of all members of your party and any event guests.

• You will use the sauna and all amenities responsibly and at your own discretion.

• You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring during your stay or event.

Tin Poppy Retreat, its owners, and representatives are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss resulting from the use of the property or its amenities to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

If you have medical conditions, mobility limitations, or health concerns, you are responsible for determining whether the property and its amenities are suitable for you.
