Accommodation & Emerald Hall ~. This package includes Lavender Cabin, Violet Cabin, Wild Rose Cabin, Tin Poppy Cabin + Emerald Hall. Four private cabins, wood fired saunas, and kilometers of private hiking trails you’ll have the run of our scenic BC mountain retreat on your special day. (April to October)

BC Marriage Commissioner ~ You’ll be connected with a BC Marriage Commissioner, and they will guide you through the vow writing process, answer any questions you may have, and arrange a rehearsal with you the night before to do a walk though and answer any last minute queries.

Day Of Coordinator + Team ~ Our Day of Coordinator will be the couple’s contact via email leading up to the big day, and will be onsite the day of to facilitate the décor and set up.

Emerald Hall Venue + Full Decor Set Up ~ Located steps from Lavender Cabin, is Emerald Hall, our solar powered, solarium inspired event hall, which includes a disco dance area, retro bar and reception + lounge + fire-pit area.

Blooms & Decor ~ We are committed to sustainability and we use flowers from our gardens and local flower farms, for the wedding flowers, wreath, hall and table décor.

Professional Photography~ We work with a handful of local photographers, they know our property and have their favourite backdrops. Our package includes a 1 hour+10 minute photography session with 35-50 edited downloadable images. Extra time can be booked privately with the photographer for a more traditional gallery.

Catering ~ A post ceremony grazing table, and reception dinner are included in this package.

Wedding Cake ~ Choice of chocolate, vanilla or carrot cake.

Ceremony Sites & Seating ~ Emerald Hall meadow site is located in a grassy area close to Emerald Hall. This site has an 8′ braided wood wreath that we festoon with local seasonal blooms and greenery. This site has seating for 23.

Full Event Set Up and Post Event Clean Up ~ Our crew will fully prepare and set up your ceremony and reception spaces and take everything down once your special day has concluded.
