Your wedding celebration includes beautifully styled ceremony and reception spaces thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural beauty of Tin Poppy Retreat. We use sustainably grown florals sourced from neighbouring flower farms, along with seasonal greenery gathered from our retreat whenever possible. While our designs are guided by the colours and textures available during your wedding season, we do our best to incorporate your preferred colour palette and aesthetic to create a cohesive and personalized experience. From the ceremony setting to the reception tablescape, every detail is carefully curated to feel natural, elegant, and uniquely yours.
Professional Wedding Photography
Your wedding package includes professional photography by one of our trusted local photographers. We work with a carefully selected team who specialize in intimate weddings and elopements, capturing the meaningful moments, genuine emotions, and natural beauty of your celebration at Tin Poppy Retreat.
BC Marriage Commissioner
A licensed BC Marriage Commissioner is included to legally perform your wedding ceremony. Your commissioner will also attend a brief rehearsal the evening before, helping ensure your ceremony feels relaxed, organized, and stress-free on your wedding day.
Bridal Bouquet and Boutonnières
Seasonal bridal flowers and/or boutonnières are included and thoughtfully designed to complement your wedding aesthetic. We source blooms from local flower farms whenever possible and incorporate sustainably harvested greenery from Tin Poppy Retreat, creating natural arrangements inspired by the beauty of the Shuswap Highlands.
Grazing Table and Reception Dinner
Your wedding celebration includes a thoughtfully curated grazing table and reception dinner prepared by local catering partners who prioritize locally grown produce, regional ingredients, and seasonal flavours.
