This all-inclusive wedding package includes Lavender Cabin, Violet Cabin, Wild Rose Cabin, Tin Poppy Cabin, plus the stunning Emerald Hall. With four private cabins, wood-fired saunas, and kilometers of private hiking trails, you’ll have the run of our scenic BC mountain retreat on your special day (April–October). BC Marriage Commissioner

You’ll be matched with a licensed BC Marriage Commissioner who will help you write your vows, walk you through the ceremony plan, and answer any questions along the way. A rehearsal the night before ensures you feel completely ready for your big day.

Day-Of Coordinator

Your dedicated Day-Of Coordinator will be your main point of contact in the weeks leading up to your celebration. On the wedding day, they’ll be onsite to oversee décor and logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly so you can simply relax and enjoy.

Emerald Hall Venue + Full Decor Set Up

Steps from Lavender Cabin, Emerald Hall is a solar-powered, solarium-inspired venue complete with a disco dance floor, retro bar, reception and lounge areas, plus a cozy fire-pit space. Full décor setup is included as part of your all-inclusive elopement package in BC.

Blooms & Decor

We’re passionate about sustainability—using flowers from our gardens and local farms. Your bouquet, boutonniere, ceremony wreath, and reception décor will be designed with fresh, seasonal blooms for an elegant, natural touch.

Professional Photography

A 1-hour + 10-minute session with one of our trusted local photographers is included, along with 35–50 edited, high-resolution images to download. For couples wanting extended coverage or a full gallery, extra time can be arranged directly with the photographer.

Catering

Your package features a grazing table right after the ceremony, followed by a full reception dinner. We partner with local caterers to customize your menu and accommodate dietary needs, ensuring your all-inclusive micro wedding in BC feels personal and delicious.

Ceremony Sites & Seating

The Emerald Hall meadow is a grassy ceremony site featuring an 8-foot braided wood wreath adorned with local, seasonal blooms. Seating is provided for up to 23 guests, creating an intimate and magical setting.

Full Event Setup + Post-Event Clean Up

Our team manages everything from ceremony setup to reception takedown, so you can focus on celebrating.
