TIN POPPY RETREAT BOOKING POLICIES & ADDITIONAL RATES
EXTRA GUESTS
There is an additional $25 per adult and $15 per child (under 12 years of age) per night after 2 guests, children under two are free.
CLEANING FEE
$50 – automatically applied at booking.
PETS
There is a $25 per pet fee.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
SAUNA
Private wood-fired sauna: $30 per stay. Available at Lavender, Violet and Wild Rose cabins. Subject to seasonal fire restrictions.
FIREWOOD
Campfire wood: $20 per bundle. Sauna firewood is included with the sauna fee.
PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
We have a strict no unauthorized parties or events policy at our retreat..
BOOKING POLICY
There is a 50% reservation deposit due upon booking, and the balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION
Thirty (30 days notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $50 CD booking fee.
Cancellations that are made 30 days of arrival, will receive no refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
