A pet fee of $25 per pet applies. Pets must not be left unattended in cabins.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.If you’re hoping for an earlier check-in, please get in touch — we’re often happy to accommodate when availability allows.

During the winter months, we recommend a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle equipped with good winter tires.

All cabins are equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, bedding, and towels.Guests should bring their own food, clothing, and toiletries. If you’re staying in one of our off-grid cabins (Violet or Wild Rose), a headlamp or flashlight is also recommended.

Yes. Most major Canadian carriers have cell service throughout the property, although signal strength may vary depending on your provider and your location on the retreat.

Full refunds given for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival less a $50 CDN processing fee. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
